BILLING FOR AFTER-HOURS CARE
If you receive medical consultation, advice, or treatment from an on-call physician outside of our standard office hours, you may receive a separate bill for these services. Charges may vary depending on the nature of care provided.
INSURANCE & PAYMENT RESPONSIBILITY
Coverage for after-hours services may depend on your insurance plan. We encourage you to check with your insurance provider regarding any potential out-of-pocket costs. Any portion not covered by insurance will be the patient’s responsibility.
TYPES OF BILLABLE SERVICES
Billable services may include, but are not limited to:
- Phone or telehealth consultations
- Prescription refills or modifications
- Emergency medical advice
- Coordination of care with hospitals or specialists
